Lucas Jeffries (1980) Australian based in Amsterdam.  Executive Chef at the Instock foundation wants to do more to help us all reduce food waste and improve the food system.  Being smarter and more creative on a daily basis is not only better for the system, but very rewarding too, leading to a better meal for you or your customers.  Lucas is first and foremost a chef, but also an author and consultant, with over fifteen years in the hospitality industry in various roles.
